It benefits from long maturation on fine lees and partial vinification in oak. Its sparkling & fresh taste is perfect as an aperitif, with dessert, or alongside seafood. It's also histamine-tested, gluten-free, vegan, and low-calorie, with only 16 kcal per 100 ml. Contains sulphites.
