REQUEST A RETURN VIA THE PORTAL – STEP BY STEP

Step 1: Open the return portal

You can find the order number in your confirmation email or invoice.

Step 3: Provide the reason for return

Select a reason from the list.
This information helps us improve our service and product range.

Step 4: Select the desired drop-off point

Choose the drop-off point that best suits your location.
Available options may vary by country or region.

Step 5: Pay for the return shipment

Follow the payment instructions to complete the return process.
The return cost will be clearly shown in advance.

Step 6: Wait for approval from Customer Service

Your request will be reviewed manually. For some shipments, a different courier may be needed—we're happy to check this before your package is sent to the wrong location.
After approval, you'll receive a confirmation via email.

Step 7: Receive your shipping label by email

You will receive an email with the shipping label and all return instructions.
Print the label and drop off your package at the chosen drop-off point.

Step 8: Track your return with automatic updates

Once your return is in transit, you’ll automatically receive email updates about its status.
